Domestic violence

My friend Isabelle Gondran and I entered a poster competition on the topic of Domestic Violence.

We submitted the poster in portrait and landscape formats. We use a domestic interior that portrays a quiet, innocent and static scene in opposition to the domestic items that reveal to be criminal weapons within a household.

Proposal for the identity of a Hair Artist

My friend Heather Copling - a Hair Artist - asked me to design an identity for herself. Knowing her, I tried to define an appropriate tone voice that reflects her personality and hair expertise. Contemporary, light, artistry, floral and handmade were my inspiration to come up with 3 different routes.

Route 1: The organic and volatiles shapes are an abstract representation of hair flying in the air.

Route 2: A calligraphic and fluid version of hair that represents her initials

Route 3: A more modern interpretation of herself with psychedelic and sharp shapes

16.

16 is the number of the letters that composes my last name. Every graphic designer has experienced the joy of branding her/himself. I've been developing a marque for myself.
